- HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number for your order after processing (2 business days) via email, if this email has not arrived please check your Spam folder.

- WHAT DO I DO IF MY TRACKING NUMBER WON'T WORK?

If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed - Your order has been shipped out and delivery Status should update within a few days. Tracking numbers will often only begin to become active when the item has arrived in the country of delivery.

- WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER?

  • Depending on the value of your purchase and shipping options chosen at checkout, your package may not include a Tracking Number. If this is the case, you will only be informed once your Order has Shipped via email. Orders over $10 generally have available tracking.
  • For further information and assistance, please visit our contact page, and one of our support representatives will be there to assist you.

  • - HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    The shipping time consists of two sections :

    • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from the manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
    • Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at a destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

    We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and MediFit. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfill orders.

    Following this, your package will arrive between 10-30 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

    - FREE SHIPPING:

    We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Japon by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

    - SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES: 

    We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

    - LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:

    Focallure deals are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

    - CALCULATING YOUR ORDER COST IN A FOREIGN CURRENCY:
    All prices on our site are charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

    - CUSTOMS: We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
